We aim to have the same crew service your home regularly. However, due to staff changes,illness, appointments and vacations we may need to make adjustments.
Yes! Our cleaners go through a rigorous cleaning boot camp training period.
To ensure a better cleaning experience and to keep your price affordable we suggest you pick up obvious clutter. The more picking up we have to do the less time we have to focus on the actual cleaning. If you prefer we pick up we will do so but we would have to add in an additional
fee.
Feel free to contact the office or leave a note for your cleaner telling him/her the areas to skip.
A “Closed Door” means “Do Not Clean” Please close the door to any room you do not want cleaned.
Yes! Please place clean sheets ON the bed. This will let us know you want them changed. If no clean sheets are present we will simply make the bed up.
NO. Simply communicate with the office for access options. You can opt to give us a key, hide a key or give us a garage or door code etc.
